Meet Mojo Web Solutions, an innovative, creative digital agency and the latest recipient of a loan from the VOLT Fund, a state-wide business financing program managed by Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation (AAEDC) for the Maryland Department of Commerce. Mojo Web Solutions is led by CEO, Alexander Fakeri, a service disabled veteran recently recognized as SBA’s Maryland Small Business Veteran Champion of 2016.
Mojo Web Solutions was established in 2004 as a creative digital agency with an emphasis on web, mobile, graphic design, branding, and marketing campaign development. Recently celebrating the 12-year milestone, over the years Mojo Web Solutions has worked with more than 1,000 clients in a multitude of industries. Of note is Anne Arundel County’s own County Executive Steve Schuh’s website.

The VOLT loan will allow Mojo to hire new employees and expand their development of direct marketing and e-commerce platform applications.
“Alexander Fakeri has over 20 years of experience in the industry and he has been operating Mojo Web Solutions with a strong reputation,” said Steve Primosch, Vice President, Financial Services of AAEDC. “We look forward to supporting this upstanding company’s continued growth.”
VOLT Fund loans range from $25,000 to $500,000 and benefits qualified small, minority, women and veteran owned businesses located within 10 miles of any of Maryland’s casinos. To qualify for VOLT loan funds, companies must employ fewer than 500 employees, and their annual revenues must average $35 million or less over three years.
