Annapolis Town Center Remodel Adds New Band Stage, Seasonal Ice Rink

The article reported that the updated area, called the East Village, hosted a ribbon cutting attended by public officials including Maryland first lady Yumi Hogan, Anne Arundel County Executive Steuart Pittman, State Senator Sarah Elfreth, Delegate Shaneka Henson, and Delegate Dana Jones at its Boathouse Pavilion and turf field on Sunday, October 30.

It also featured the following from AAEDC, whose Interim CEO, Jill Seamon, attended and presented a citation at the event:

The Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation estimated that 1,300 people attended the fall fest and the ceremony. The corporation called the East Village “a beautiful outdoor space that will spur a great deal of economic activity by hosting countless family-friendly events.”
