BUSINESS FUNDING RESOURCES
- The Maryland Department of Commerce: Port of Baltimore Emergency Business Assistance Program application portal has closed.
- The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development Neighborhood Business Works: The Neighborhood BusinessWorks Grant Program ended as of June 28, 2024, and the Neighborhood BusinessWorks Loan Program will end August 15, 2024..
- The Small Business Grants Program offered grants of up to $50,000 to small/main street level businesses within a five mile radius of the Key Bridge that have been impacted by a loss of revenue or an increase to costs relating to the Key Bridge collapse.
- The Business Loan Program offers loans of up to $500,000 to businesses that have been impacted by a loss of revenue or an increase to costs relating to the Key Bridge collapse.

- The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced on March 30, 2024 that Mid-Atlantic small businesses that have been affected by the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse may apply for low-interest, long-term Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDLs).

- The Community Relations Branch of the Unified Command Joint Information Center has created a Community Needs Assessment survey to assess the unmet needs of individuals and communities affected by the Key Bridge collapse or Port of Baltimore closure.
