BDAP provides expert, tailored/customized and personalized business consulting, coaching and guidance. Since admission into this program, the business has been able to meet with subject matter experts, obtain training classes, and purchase new ATS software that will help accelerate their business to the next level. Candace Pruett, SBDC Consultant meets with the company’s owner, Beth Hobson, on a monthly basis to determine the company’s needs in each area to then be supported through BDAP.

Candace was then able to introduce HOBSON USA, LLC to the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation (AAEDC) and the Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation (AAWDC) to provide extensive construction training to their staff so they are even more competitive within the construction industry.
