Maritime businesses are a very important part of Anne Arundel County’s economic base, just as the Chesapeake Bay is crucial part of our identity as a community.  AAEDC has staff and resources to support new and existing businesses in the maritime sector.  The county’s Maritime Industry Advisory Board promotes and advocates for the local maritime industry, looking for ways to improve the county’s support and ensure accessible assistance to businesses entering the marketplace.  If you need assistance or would like to start or relocate a business to the County, we are here to help.

Workforce Training Grant
