We discuss how Gary went from firefighter to farmer; the intricacies of managing inventory of Christmas trees, eggs, and other offerings; and how the farm not only provides a place for people of all ages to make memories but to also learn a lot about where their food comes from and what goes into producing it. Gary also offers his top tips for farm business owners and entrepreneurs in general, including finding and utilizing government resources, and his top five reasons for choosing Anne Arundel County as the best place to start a farm business.
