Steve Primosch
Steve brings more than 15 years of business lending experience to his role as the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation’s Vice President of Financial Services. Under his leadership, AAEDC’s finance team manages a portfolio of approximately 100 small business loans totaling approximately $8 million. Steve is able to highlight how community development financing can benefit businesses that are “credit worthy but not quite bankable.” He can serve as a media source on topics such as how entrepreneurs can maximize their loan applications, trends in small business lending and community reinvestment and revitalization.
Wes MacQuilliam
As a licensed real estate professional with more than a decade of experience, Wes has a keen understanding of commercial sales, leasing, and real estate development. In his role as ombudsman on permitting and zoning issues, he has an understanding of the needs of the broker and developer community and how to navigate the local regulatory environment. Wes can serve as a media source with specific insight into new and expanding businesses in Anne Arundel County and trends in the office, industrial and commercial real estate markets.
