Town Centers

Anne Arundel County is home to three designated Town Centers; Glen Burnie, Odenton, and Parole, which have been identified as priority areas for targeted investment, mixed-use development, and public improvements that drive economic growth.

Guided by adopted master plans and shaped by community input, each Town Center is evolving into a vibrant hub for business, housing, and community activity. Through strategic partnerships and placemaking initiatives, AAEDC plays a key role in advancing revitalization efforts that strengthen the local economy and enhance quality of place.
