
Christina Holliday
Chief of Staff
Christina Holliday serves as Chief of Staff for the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation (AAEDC), where she plays a vital role in advancing the organization’s strategic priorities and operational effectiveness. As a member of the senior leadership team, she ensures seamless communication and coordination across the organization and serves as the primary liaison to the AAEDC Board of Directors. Christina also manages high-level initiatives, coordinates external stakeholders, and provides executive-level administrative support with a strong emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism.
A lifelong Anne Arundel County resident, Christina brings more than two decades of experience in organizational management and public service. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, as well as an Associate of Applied Business with a Certificate in Human Resources from Youngstown University. She began her career at Arundel Lodge, where she served as Office Manager and project manager for the organization’s headquarters relocation and new facility construction.
Since joining AAEDC in 2007, Christina has steadily expanded her responsibilities, contributing to both internal operations and high-impact community initiatives. Her work has included supporting projects such as the Odenton Town Center Sewer Sub-District EDU initiative, the Maryland Live! High School Graduation Agreement and coordinating the rapid deployment of federal COVID-19 relief funding to local businesses. Internally, she has led the implementation of systems and policies that improve organizational efficiency, including a comprehensive onboarding process and a complete overhaul of the Employee Handbook. Christina is deeply committed to AAEDC’s mission and values the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team in support of Anne Arundel County’s economic growth.
Christina lives in Davidsonville with her husband and two children.
