
Lisa M. Grunder
Vice President of Administration
Lisa Grunder serves as Vice President of Administration for the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation (AAEDC), where she oversees budgeting, audits, and human resources and plays a key role in the organization’s financial and operational management.
Lisa’s career at AAEDC began while she was still in high school through the Cooperative Education Program. After graduating from Chesapeake High School, she joined the organization full time as a receptionist and steadily advanced through a series of administrative and financial roles. Her career trajectory includes serving as an administrative assistant, loan administrator, and Manager of Loan Administration, where she led loan portfolio management. Most recently, Lisa was promoted to Vice President of Administration, expanding her leadership responsibilities in budget and finance.
While working full time at AAEDC, Lisa continued her education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business and Public Administration from the University of Maryland with a 4.0 GPA. She has been actively engaged in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Northern Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce, where she founded and chaired the Economic Development Committee and helped launch the Chamber’s inaugural NoCo Bus Tour. Lisa is a recipient of the YMCA’s TWIN Award in recognition of her contributions to both her workplace and the community and is a member of the Leadership Anne Arundel Flagship Class of 2026.
A lifelong Anne Arundel County resident, Lisa lives in Pasadena with her husband and two children.
