Timothy Sharp

Timothy Sharp serves as Loan Underwriter at the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation (AAEDC), where he underwrites loans, manages loan portfolios, and supports the development of new lending activity. He has also represented AAEDC as a board member of Old Mill’s Signature Program, contributing to workforce and education-focused initiatives.

Timothy holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) and brings more than 15 years of experience in the finance industry to his role. Prior to joining AAEDC, he worked as a Relationship Banker with Capital One Bank, serving clients throughout Anne Arundel County.
