Dawn Seaton

Dawn serves as Senior Loan Administrator at the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation (AAEDC), where she manages and oversees the organization’s full loan portfolio and prepares the annual VOLT Fund report for the State of Maryland.

Dawn began her career in 2005, working as a school secretary and later as an office manager for a local Annapolis law firm. She joined Anne Arundel County’s former tech accelerator, the Chesapeake Innovation Center, in 2008 as Office Manager before transitioning to AAEDC in 2010 as Office Manager and Receptionist. In 2014, she advanced to the Finance Department as a Loan Administrator and was later promoted to Senior Loan Administrator, bringing more than a decade of institutional knowledge and experience to AAEDC’s financial services team.
