Kelly Hall

Kelly Hall serves as a Loan Administrator at the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation (AAEDC), where she supports the organization’s lending operations by underwriting and closing loans, reconciling month-end items, and managing key administrative processes. Her eight years of experience at AAEDC has given her a strong understanding of the organization’s financial services and internal operations.

Kelly began her career at AAEDC as Office Manager and Receptionist, building a solid foundation in operational support before transitioning into financial services. She holds a degree in Health Services Management with a minor in Child Development and Family Relations from East Carolina University. Kelly enjoys working with small businesses and takes pride in supporting their growth through AAEDC’s lending programs.
