Steven Adams
Marketing & Outreach Manager
Steven Adams serves as Marketing & Outreach Manager at the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation (AAEDC), where he works to increase awareness of the organization’s programs and services within the Anne Arundel County business community. His responsibilities include managing AAEDC’s email and digital marketing efforts and sponsorships and partnerships, as well as supporting the planning and execution of AAEDC-hosted events. Steve also represents AAEDC at business and community events and serves on the Board of Directors of the Southern Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to joining AAEDC, Steve worked at The Cyphers Agency, The Entomological Society of America, and The Pew Research Center, building a strong foundation in strategic communications, research, and stakeholder engagement. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Union College (New York) and a Master of Science in Journalism and Mass Communication from Iowa State University, where he received the Top Scholar Award from the Kappa Tau Alpha National Honor Society.
A lifelong Annapolitan, Steve enjoys spending time on the water and discovering new places and people throughout Anne Arundel County.
